KGB Bar in NYC

Ted & I are in NYC, celebrating my March birthday belatedly and visiting one of my dearest friends, Lisa Williams, author of _Letters to Virginia Woolf_. Monday night we went to the KGB Bar in the Village to hear Kay Ryan read. She, of course, was wonderful with witty & intellectual work! The bar itself is an old workers bar: marble steps lead upstairs to a small room. A perfect way to enjoy National Poetry Month!
